I have been studying personal development and resiliency for 20 years. I have done the hard work, know the neuroscience and I am here to collapse your timeline so you don't have to go through decades of therapy and still not be on the other side of it.

As an Integrative Medicine Specialist, I have a unique approach to heal your brain and body from the inside out. I believe that if your mind is in chaos, so is your body. You can’t heal one without the other; which is why my programs encompass whole body health and wellness at every stage. What is Holisitic Health?

Holistic health is about caring for the whole person - mind, body and spirit. In my sessions, I use techniques from psychology, sensory integration, mind-set coaching, nutritional counseling, integrative medicine, and ancient practices such as yoga, and meditation. We also review diet and lifestyle changes that could impact overall health as well. My diverse academic background and personal experience helped me create a unique method of healing that combines (brain) neural reprogramming, movement, gut-brain health, nutrition, and more.

What is the Difference Between Therapy and Coaching?

Many times therapy is about healing your past. My offerings focus on creating a future you love. Regardless of your “diagnosis,” (or maybe you just want to improve your mental wellbeing or how you deal with stress), my programs are action-based to help you make small changes that add up to big results over time. We work on modifying your current behaviors or thought patterns so you can reach your full potential.

 

 

Where do Sessions Take Place?

Thanks to technology, I can work with you from anywhere in the world! Each session is either on the phone or video conferencing online. I prefer to use Zoom for video platforms, but we can do whatever is most comfortable for you.

Online sessions provide more flexibility, a custom environment, and more comfort.

What does a session look like?

Every session is tailored specifically to your needs, wants, and goals. We focus on YOU and how to create a life you love. Instead of focusing on problems you might be facing, we work together to identify potential solutions to your problems. Each session may be slightly different based on your needs but may include discussing exercises and the importance of movement, brain-building techniques, diet and lifestyle changes, how to build resiliency, relaxation methods, safe supplementation, daily routines, and habit building - to name a few.
