How to use this toolkit and what to expect:

You will receive immediate access to all 3 parts. This toolkit kit is meant to Somatically hit the “pause” and “calm” button so that you can focus, have energy, all the while moving any past or current stress or trauma through your body. These 3 parts are foundations of any healthy person.

I encourage you to listen to the audio one time a day for at least 3 days in a row for optimal brain finesse. Even though it's a 20 minute audio, you don't have to listen to it with your eyes closed laying down. You can even push play when you're doing the dishes. After day 3, it will be time to dive into movement medicine, this will be transformational. Dropping you from your meditative state and into your body

The more time you take to practice these tools, the more profound effect it will have on your nervous system.
