Next, in preparation for our next 6 months together I suggest having a dedicated journal as you’ll be going deep during this time, and it’s so fun to look back and see how far you’ve come!

The first journaling assignment before you get started is to write 3 pages of stream of consciousness writing of what you want out of this course. Just write, no judgment or criticism.

Next, take 3 tangible goals from your journaling and turn them into 3 S.M.A.R.T. goals (see below) that you want to call in during this time. Really anchor into what your energy, your body, and your nervous system are ready to receive int he now. We will go over your goals in our live session. I can’t wait to see you on our calls.

A reminder that the Facebook group is for peer to peer support and to absolutely take advantage of this opportunity to share wins, to ask questions, to receive support and the be SEEN!

SMART goals are:

  • SPECIFIC (simple, sensible, significant)

    • what do you want to accomplish, why is it important, who is involved?

  • MEASURABLE (meaningful, motivating)

    • How much, how many, how will you know when it’s accomplished?

  • ACHIEVABLE (agreed, attainable)

    • How can I accomplish the goal, how realistic is the goal?

  • RELEVANT (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results based)

    • A relevant goal can answer “YES” to these questions: does this seem worthwhile? Is it the right time? Does this match my efforts?

  • TIME BOUND (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive)

    • When, what can I do 6 months from now, 6 weeks from now, what can I do today?

Example: I will use the tools in this program, one month at a time, to the best of my ability and track my habits, interventions, body needs for 7 days and report to the group on facebook my progress each day.
